What is the production process?
1. After you confirm order items and quantities, we provide official quotation and confirmed lead‑time. 2. After quotation confirmation, we source fabrics & accessories and send material samples for your approval. 3. We place bulk material orders once materials get your sign‑off. 4. Pre‑production (PP) samples will be produced for your final confirmation. 5. Mass production starts after PP sample approval, with ongoing in‑line QC checks. 6. After bulk production and final QC are finished, goods will be arranged for shipment per agreed terms.
What are the main factors that affect the final price?
Key cost drivers for your garment order: Hard material costs (fabric & trims) – The type of fabric (e.g., cotton vs. polyester) and the choice of buttons, zippers, and labels set the baseline. Processing & manufacturing costs (labour) – Intricate stitching, custom finishes, and special treatments require extra workmanship, which increases the unit price. Packaging & labelling costs – Customised hang tags, care labels, and export cartons all add to the total material and handling expenses. Customisation service fees – Bespoke services such as logo embroidery, screen printing, or pattern modifications are quoted separately based on design complexity and additional labour. How can I get samples? What is the sample lead time & cost?
Custom samples typically take 7-10 working days. Express service ( 3-5 working days ) is available at an additional cost. Sample fees depend on style complexity and will be fully refunded upon bulk order confirmation.
What are your payment terms?
We provide flexible payment terms, with payment due before delivery and after QC inspection. Trial orders below $5,000: PayPal accepted. We accept bank T/T transfers. Our quotation lists all expenses with zero hidden fees.
What is your bulk production lead time?
Bulk production lead time is typically calculated from order confirmation and sample approval, with Make To Order: 20–30 days and Ready Stock: 5–10 days (subject to variation depending on order quantity and style complexity). A detailed production schedule will be provided upon order placement, with proactive progress updates at each milestone.

Yes. We implement a 4-stage QC process: incoming fabric inspection → in-line inspection during sewing → 100% finished product inspection (including needle detection) → Re-inspection before shipment.
What if there are quality issues with the bulk shipment?
In case of quality defects，we conduct an immediate review. For verified issues, we offer re-production, replacement, credit notes, or partial refunds as appropriate. Our QC team retains inspection reports and production samples for every batch to ensure full traceability.
