Digital pattern nesting optimizes material usage, delivering fabric yields of 88%–92% depending on fabric types and styles to minimize your material costs. 1.Spreading: Automatic spreaders lay fabric smoothly without wrinkles. 2.Cutting: Imported digital cutters achieve ±1mm precision for accurate pattern pieces. 3.Sorting & Labeling: Cut pieces are bundled by size and color, with QR code tracking for sewing traceability. Our cutting workshop processes 10,000 garment sets per day.
Factory Sewing Department
Our sewing workshop runs 10 production lines with 20 skilled operators each, averaging 8 years of experience. Critical seams — like yoga pant crotches and cycling shoulders — use flat-seam or double-needle stitching for a smooth, chafe-free finish. We use premium threads for high tensile strength and color fastness. Daily output: 8,000–10,000 pieces. Bulk order lead time: 30–45 days, depending on design and quantity.
Factory QC and Internal Testing Department
We implement a 4-stage quality check to screen out defective goods: 1.Fabric inspection before warehousing. 2.Semi-finished size and appearance sampling every 2 hours during sewing. 3.100% manual final inspection for loose threads, stains, and symmetry. Re-inspection prior to shipment.
The tail end of the factory
Qualified finished goods are stored separately by client, order, size, and color in our warehouse. We conduct strict final inspection and coordinated order handling to guarantee accurate, efficient, and on-time delivery.

We conduct a second quantity check before shipment. This guarantees intact, accurate, and on-time delivery for every order.
