All transactions are on FOB basis. Ready stock wholesale (full carton packing, MOQ): USD 0.5–2/pc by sea (15–30 days transit), USD 2–5/pc by air (7–15 days transit). ODM & OEM orders with MOQ 100–1,000 pcs: USD 0.05–0.2/pc by sea (15–30 days transit), USD 0.5–3/pc by air (7–15 days transit).

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

1. Ready Stock Returns and exchanges are acceptable within 14 days after buyers receive the goods. Products must be unused and undamaged with original tags and complete packaging. All return freight fees shall be borne by the buyer. 2. MTO (Made To Order) MTO orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts. We support customer QC inspection before shipment. If genuine manufacturing quality defects are found after delivery, relevant solutions will be negotiated case by case by both parties.
